Simple Miso Sauce

Here is a super easy miso dipping sauce by Mark Bittman. It is incredibly versatile. I have used it as a dipping sauce, basting sauce, glaze and salad dressing.
You will need:
6 tbsp any miso
3/4 cup warm water or sake
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp rice vinegar, more to taste
salt if needed.
Put everything in a mason jar and shake it until there are no more lumps. Done.
